Allegedly a silky vetiver-centric fragrance, Ghigoló is a more masculine woody-aromatic than Non Lo So.
After the lychee evaporates, it remains quite close to the skin and is very subdued in its demeanour. The cumin is short-lived, and both the lavender and iris provide a discreet powdery sweetness. The vetiver used is probably of the Haitian variety – further confirmed by its clean and translucent aroma. And the unadventurous cedar base ensures that there's very little redemption in what remains of its rapid development.
While it's both pleasant and inoffensive, it lacks sufficient complexity and substance to deserve anything higher than the rating awarded. However, it does possess good longevity.
