Year: 2013
Notes: lily, jasmine, tuberose, tiaré, solar accord, Madagascan vanilla, woods, musks
Lys 41 is a simple and innocuous white floral offering, composed by Daphné Bugey (who was also responsible for Rose 31).
Predominantly a blend of lily, jasmine and tuberose (upon a bed of woods, vanilla and white musks), the tiaré's coconut properties are still quite evident. But, with minimal evolution, the sweet creaminess of the composition is very humdrum and intertwined with melting plastic nuances.
With adequate projection and average tenacity, it fails miserably in holding itself together after the initial spray. Personally, it's far from being worthy of the high price that it commands.
