Despite the mildly acerbic sandalwood opening, Sandalwood Dreams is a delicious blend of sandalwood, gums and resins infused with a touch of amber. Possessing a deep buttery richness, redolent of white milk chocolate or whipped vanilla ice-cream, the sea buckthorn imparts a subtle fruity sweetness.
Almost from the outset, one continues to be beguiled by a serene and yet heavenly balsamic luxuriance, which largely remains close to the skin. Sadly, it's not as long-lasting as the other amber essence oil blends but this only marginally hinders one's enjoyment of it.
