Koke Shimizu by Parfum Satori

*****
Year: unknown

Notes: bergamot, lemon, herbs, lily of the valley, jasmine, patchouli, woods, moss, musk

Comment: Koke Shimizu is part of the Basic Collection and is only available in Japan

Parfum Satori is a Japanese niche fragrance house and Koke Shimizu is classified as a citrus-green.

Overall, it's light, inoffensive and with a prominent lily of the valley accord. And even though there are no aquatic flourishes, an earthy metallic aroma permeates throughout. The herbaceous aspect is just about there, with the patchouli, moss and woods being seemingly threadbare.

Created for men, it's an unorthodox creation with an earthy musk foundation. As always with this house, sillage is unsatisfactory and its general presence is too lacklustre to fully enjoy.
