For those who find niche vanilla fragrances far too cloying, look no further as Vanille Insensée could possibly be the ideal solution.

It's largely a woody vanilla effort, with a lusciously sweet and creamy vanilla chord. With a vibrant citrus-infused opening, it starts out fresh before developing into a conventionally warm and comforting vanilla scent. As for the woods, they are restrained throughout, with only occasional whiffs of jasmine being perceptible.

Constantly exuding a baked vanilla cake aroma, the amber becomes more prominent as it progresses further – bequeathing a more sensual tone. One is amazed at the sheer depth and quality of the blending, as it rules out any pubescent associations with a dark and mysterious aura.

It envelops the wearer with incredible ease, emitting tender wafts throughout its lifespan, and is one of the most tenacious offerings from this house – effortlessly pulsating for at least six hours. Whether or not this creation is completely natural is beside the point, as its execution is highly commendable and, as a result, has become a personal Atelier Cologne favourite.
