Out of all the Santa Maria Novella floral offerings, Fresia is probably one of the simplest and sweetest amongst them. With an ethereal vibrancy, it's mostly linear with the exception of its clean musk-laden powderiness that grows more prominent over time.
With discreet sillage and so-so longevity, it's slightly sharp, synthetic and devoid of any long-lasting appeal. It's definitely not one of their better floral creations but, then again, one doesn't feel that it's a true representation of freesia either.
