Intense Pepper basically employs the clichéd masculine designer template of citrus, spices and woods, along the lines of Gucci's Gucci pour Homme.
Initially, the emphasis is placed on the freshly grounded pepper aspect, as these spices intermingle with some citrus. However, after a short while, it's mostly about the cedar, amber and what little oud has been added – all of which rests on an insubstantial bed of oakmoss and white musk.
While one wasn't expecting anything exceptional, it's still quite saddening to witness a once respectable niche house fall from grace. Sillage is weak and longevity is below average.
