Le Rose is a moist, honeyed and simple rose fragrance that's true-to-life and rather appealing in an understated manner. However, the composition doesn't offer anything exceptional, with a timid sandalwood and musk base that's very similar to Montale's Attar on the skin... approximately 12 hours and a shower later.
With very low sillage and below average lasting power, purchasing a bottle of Moroccan rose absolute would be both cheaper and more rewarding to wear.
