Comment: Eau de Cologne review
Violetta starts out very sweet, smelling very similar to Parma Violets. It's only after a while that its herbaceous properties slowly emerge, diffusing the sweetness and providing some much needed equilibrium. With not very impressive staying power, as to be expected, one still prefers the less sweet interpretation by Penhaligon's of the same name.
