Notes: wild berries, orange blossom, vanilla
Out of all the vanilla-themed Profumum creations, Acqua e Zucchero is probably one's least favourite. In theory, a dusty (yet full-bodied) gourmand vanilla with tart berries and orange blossom sounds divine. Unfortunately, its waxy and somewhat synthetic demeanour states otherwise.
There's just something fundamentally crude about the way it's been blended, which is quite uncharacteristic of this house. With great longevity and sillage (as well as a temperamental nature on the skin) it's one Profumum release that one can quite easily live without.
