Comment: Eau de Cologne review
Peau d'Espagne is one fragrance that almost delivers. It's certainly harsh, dirty and very masculine but, with its powdery old-school properties, one can't help thinking that there are better alternatives currently out there. With woody, herbaceous and floral accords, various facets of Tauer Perfumes' Lonestar Memories, Chanel's Cuir de Russe and Knize's Knize Ten indicate just how influential it may have been.
While its longevity is acceptable for an Eau de Cologne, it still has the potential to satisfy those who found the aforementioned fragrances not quite to their tastes.
