Unfortunately, one found Opoponax to be something of a brutal disappointment, with a soft, sweet, creamy and resinous opening that graduates into a rubbery and plastic-smelling muskiness. Longevity is below average and it stays very close to the skin.
Personally, Diptyque's clove-infused Eau Lente is a far superior alternative.
